HP Greenlake VMS authentication with LDAP Server not working

Hi Team, I am looking to authenticate user from our corporate LDAP to login to HP Greenlake web ui (VMS GUI). I am able to connect to open LDAP and also I enabled the option (VMS Auth Provider) while creating LDAP configuration, however I am still not able to connect to Greenlake VMS web interface via LDAP user. Am I missing something? There is no much info avaiable on-line for this Greenlake.

I followed their doccumentation (https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=sd00002658en_us&page=GUID-A7D32025-80AC-48E6-AE79-DB624B5C8ACB.html) but not much luck.

Re: Query: HP Greenlake VMS authentication with LDAP Server not working

As i mentioned in my original post that I have used this documentation to create LDAP configuration via web GUI instead of CLI. I am able to connect to LDAP as status is showing connected however when I run the query, it is not able to return the users from ldap.

In the user query page, it allows to search the user based on these attributes (SID, UID) which is internal to HP Greenlake only and I tried to search based on username and login name but nothing is coming up even though it is connetced to LDAP.

i am using default OpenLDAP attributes for LDAP integration with our windows based Active directory. wondering if someone has tried this, I cannot find any other information other than just this HP provided documentation, there is no example in this.
