About Me
I have worked on 1,700+ E2 visas and 600+ L1 visas since 2004. We have been in this industry so long because we take each visa application at heart to get the case approved.
I was on an E2 visa; therefore, I experienced firsthand the up and down of a visa application. I had a bad experience with the lawyer who prepared my application. This brought me to create immigrationbusinessplan.com to assist foreigners with their visas.
It turned out that the business plan is a centerpiece of E2 and L1 visa applications simply because these are business visas and immigration officers review the business for visa approval. An immigration officer could not care less about return on investments and barriers to entry. What matters the most to the officer is for the business to tick all the boxes for the visa. Hence why this plan is called an immigration business plan.
Not only that, the immigration business plan's content is used in the cover letter and the key forms needed for the visa application.
Throughout the years, I have noticed how difficult for visa applicants to choose the right business. It is an important choice because the applicant needs a business that will generate enough income to pay his/her cost of living once in the US. If the business fails, the visa applicant can run out of cash, and their company can go bust.
Therefore, our company started assisting our clients through this critical decision-making process to zero in on the right business for their visa application. We even created E2visafranchises.com to share our experience.
Our company has noticed that immigration officers tend to get tougher to approve a US business application depending on the industry it relates to.
Some industries are highly scrutinized and require more
