HIC card is not sensing MSR 30-20 Router

Hello Fiends,

I am facing issue as HIC (4 Port Ethernet card ) is not sensing on the module of MSR 30-20 router..

As i am not able to see in by cli @ router.

while some times only on slot 4 able to sense the card....

So please suggest me is there any CLI which we have to run in router after inserting the HIC module to sense the card in router....

Kindly suggest as i am facing same problem in most of MSR 30 20 router....
