JG738-61001 showing Unknown Hardware information

I've installed SIC-1GEC-A (Part Number JG738-61001) to my HPE MSR2003 Router,, card name RTU1S1FEC VER A

#Display version 

[Slot 1] unknown hardware information

My HPE MSR2003 Router Comware version is 7.1.059 release 0303P30Flash Version 7.1.059 

  the SIC-1GEC-A is not function .. any advise please

Hi @Aqrabawi007 !

Move the card to Slot 2 or 3, it won't work in other slots.

As Ivan_B mentioned, you may try in Slot 2.
