UDP Qos on 3040 router…

OK all I now want to do is give UDP traffic priority over IP traffic, giving

it the highest priority.

I have done this on a cheap zyxel router and it works fine for all

applications, so….

a simple UDP priority on and over all interfaces…



Can some one please post back a simple and easy config…

I realise it's pointless tracing RTP packets etc…

Just UDP should work….

I will check ony my 3COM support documentation for that and try to get back to you.



I believe tracking RTP through L4 (UDP ports) would be pointless given its broad range. Its such a big range of dynamically assigned ports that the chances are that you'd be giving priority to non RTP related applications.
