MSR-900 Failover and Load Balance

Hi,

 

I have a MSR-900 with 2 WANs, and I would like to setup it with a failover and load balance in a schema like this:

 

Everyone from LAN 192.168.1.0 up to 192.168.1.127 need to be on WAN 1, and everyone from 192.168.1.128 up to 192.168.1.255 need to be on WAN 2.

 

But if any WAN fail, the router automatically switches all connections from LAN to the avaliable WAN.

 

It is possible to do?
