NTP is not synching

Hi Team,

We have configured NTP server IP on HPE 5900 switch but ntp is not synching .. Could you suggest on this ..

EDIT: Added 'clock protocol ntp', some platforms require this to start NTP sync

    After done tne configuration NTP sync is hpeened but time is mismatch is there.

What is the mismatch? Minutes, seconds or maybe minutes and seconds are correct, but hours are not? If you have just mismatch in hours, maybe you didn't set the correct timezone?

The command is "clock timezone ..."

             Whether visible time in IST format.? here time showing is  UTC format

Just create a timezone that will be using offset for IST, that's it.
