Opening Telnet PPTP port on 3com 5012 Router (3c13701)

Hello, I need to open port 1723 on a 3com 5012 router so that a Linux client that uses PPTP can access the server.  I have gotten as far as entering a rule written as:  rule 3002 permit tcp any destination (LAN address of server) 0.0.0.255, but I am stumbling when I try to enter the port number.  I have tried various combinations of: 1723, tcp port 1723, destination-port 1723, etc. without success.  Can anyone help with the correct syntax?  Thanks.
