Re: 1920 Jumbo Frames
1. I would assume Jumbo frames are on by default on these "semi-intelligent" switches.
2. If you have anything that will actually benefit from using jumbo frames, you would probably have much more advanced switches.

Re: 1920 Jumbo Frames
This is not true and the MTU is defaulted to 1500. Can someone please explain, in as much detail as possible, how to enable jumboframes on this switch?

Re: 1920 Jumbo Frames
Seems like global CLI config command is present (use at own risk):
try telnet, login,
_cmdline-mode on
y
Jinhua1920unauthorized
system-view
[HP1920G]undo jumboframe enable
[HP1920G]display interface gi1/0/24 | include Maximum
The Maximum Frame Length is 1522
[HP1920G]jumboframe enable
[HP1920G]display interface gi1/0/24 | include Maximum
The Maximum Frame Length is 9600
Note: jumbo mode is on by default
Note: some switches require reboot after changing jumbo frame setting
