19208G recovery

HI all, I have a 1920 8G that is booting into bootware menu, seems it has no .bin file ??  i have attempted to upload to sdram via xmodem but keep getting the following

Which bin file have you uploaded to the HPE OfficeConnect 1920-8G (JG920A) Switch?
