1920S MAC Auth annoying delay for 802.1X uncapable clients

We are using some HPE 1920S switches  and RADIUS servers for MAC-based authentication

There are 3 PC-based RADIUS servers online. The Port Acces  settings of HPE are:

Control Mode  MAC Based
Quiet Period (Seconds)  0
Transmit Period (Seconds)  3
Guest VLAN ID  0
Guest VLAN Period (Seconds)  90
Unauthenticated VLAN ID  0
Supplicant Timeout (Seconds) 3
Server Timeout (Seconds)  3
Maximum Requests  5
MAC Authentication Mode
MAC Authentication Type EAP-MD5 PAP
Re-Authentication Period (Seconds)  0
Maximum Users  32

The clients are authenticated with 2 min delay or more. It's a problem.

Packet sniffer show EAP Request packet on interface. It seems that switch tries to start 802.1X session, but client do not support this.

How can I switch to pure mac-based authentication?

What is the reason of the delay and how can I remove it?

Thank you.
