3Com Baseline Switch 2928-PWR Plus Flow Control Question

Do these switches not have flow control?  I upgraded four of them to the current HP image and when I look at the port management under flow control the table is blank.  Every other item (such as PortState or Link Type) will show a feature summary table, but the Flow Control selection doesn't.show anything.  I know I have this option on my HP branded switches.
