802.1x problem on 1920 switch

Hi, we are using microsoft nps and hp 1920 switch, NPS gives permisson but clients can not get ip address. What can be the problem? Thanks.

nps says user is authenticated.

-IfName=GigabitEthernet1/0/8-UserName=domain\namesurnam; DOT1X authentication failed.
