I have some HP ProCurve 1810-24G switches and can't seem to configure a trunk between them. Right now do the following:
- Click on Trunks and then Trunk Configuration
- Create a new trunk which is for testing called Interface Trunk1 Name test. Static is unchecked.
- Click on Trunk Membership
- Click on Trunk ID pulldown and only option is None. Trunk ID "Trunk1" doesn't show in the list. Thoughts?
Thanks.

SolutionFigured it out, had to put IE into compatibility mode. That said, how do I set the trunk mode? In the manual it shows the option to set a trunk mode to LACP active or passive but I do not have that option or even that column. Just radio buttons to set to static or not.
Thanks.

Re: can't configure trunk
Is it a J9803A (latest Firmware released is PL.2.07 <- Release Notes seems not available as standalone PDF document, you can find it into the related Firmware download archive) so a HP 1810-24G v2 or just a J9450A (latest Firmware released is P.2.18) so a HP 1810-24G?
What's the Firmware that is it actually running?

Re: can't configure trunk
I am on 2.16, didn't even know a 2.18 existed as I just updated these the other month.
