cannot access internet on vlan using hp v1910-16G

I'm try create VLAN 3 VLAN  Please see at photo

 

but cannot accesss internet on vlan exclude default vlan 1 and internet gateways is 192.168.1.1

What is your device on (for example) VLAN10

- IP address, subnet mask and default gateway?

 - what switchport is it patched to?

 

Also, why do you have 4 VLANs untagged on port15? How is that going to work?
