Comunicación entre VLAN y LAN

Good afternoon, I have a VLAN configured on an HPE OfficeConnect Switch 1920S 24G 2SFP JL385A. However, it is required to communicate a PC on the LAN with a PC on the VLAN. Please can you help me.

Good morning, the PCs are on different VLANs. A PC is in the default VLAN (1), with the IP 192.168.1.232   255.255.255.0. The second PC is in VLAN2, with the IP 192.168.2.233    255.255.255.0..Thanks

I believe the device is acting a Layer 2, where is layer 3 connected into the device?
