Configuring QoS on HPE 1920S

Hi,

Accustomed to configuring QoS on Cisco switches, I find myself a bit lost on this HPE model.
From what I understand, you need to create an ACL and then map an interface or Vlan and apply the corresponding queue.
My question: How can I prioritize one VLAN over another?
Does this switch support CoS or DSCP marking?

What I've done : creating one ACL with "permit" option and IP according to my IP range of testing VLAN (192.168.15.0 0.0.0.255), assign Queue 0. Then, in Vlan tab, linking Vlan 15 with ACL 15.

I cannot join any host on this Vlan after applying...
