Firmware upgrade fails on 2426-PWR 3CBLSF26PWR

I have two different switches that won't upgrade.  From the GUI it comes back after a few minutes with a "data is invalid".  If I do it from the CLI I get that the file is too large.  How do I get around this?  i've tried a few different upgrade releases, last one tried was brs01_00_07.bin, at about 3.5MB.
