HP switches have a problem

Hi, i have a problem with HP 1910 - 48 PoE JG540A switch. The switch is located in our branch, the cameras are connected to this switch, all the cameras are working but the switch does not ping. I can`t go to the settings switch , restart switch did not help, what's the problem? Please help me in this issue.

check switch default gateway address.

switch default gateway address must have your branch site router lan address...
