HP V1810-48G Ember / Fault

Hello...avery one.

I have HP V1810-48G Switch with port eth 28 always blink on link indicator also fault indicator blink to.

i tyred to reset my switch on factory setting but still ember with blink on port 28 and fault indicator.

please some body help me to solve this problem.
