hp v1910 not marking packets

Hi, I need to prioritize two PCs, which one connects to port g1 / 0/1 and the other to port g1 / 0/2. I have an acl that includes the ip of those pc, the classifier that includes the acl, the behavior that marks the packets with dscp cs7, a policy and that policy applied to the inbound of those ports. But I can not get the ip packets to be marked. I'm missing some configuration? Thank you

Does packet marking work without ACL?

I tried to mark the packages without acl, but they still have the default dscp. Package marking is not working. I need to prioritize certain pc. I do not know where to continue.
