HPE 1950 IRF - NO WEB managment since....

Hi,

I created a 2 switches IRF.
I have console cable connected to them , I know the IP address.
I cannot access GUI interface to either of them.
I have partial ping to the managment address and from time to time it just goes away .
I changed the ethernet cable
I changed the IP address

Any idea ?
