HPE OfficeConnect 1920S - Bandwidth (Limit Rate)

I recently purchased an HPE OfficeConnect 1920S, i need to limit the download rate to 2mbps on ports 5 to 15 of vlan id 1 (default), I'm not getting someone can help?
