HPE OfficeConnect OC20 wireless solution - portal login

Hi can anyone assist. I am sure that I used my office email address to setup this AP network. I however cannot login and when I request a password reset I do not receive the reset email. I have even tried this with my gmail account without any success. Is there any way of resolving this please? I have checked all spam and even the O365 Portal to see if it is being quaranteened.

Hi,

I have a web portal
I just cant seem to sign into it & when I request a password change I never receive the email
