JE009A ABA vs ABB

Hi, what's the difference between the JE009A switch's ABA and ABB 'tag'?

I've found a similar question on a non-HP forum for another switch, the best guess there was for supported languages, which didn't explain the price difference.

Also, is there a way to find out this ABA/ABB param for a switch (on the web gui or in cli)?

Option Codes #ABA US (English) versus #ABB Europe (English) should be related only to Power Cords and Documentation localized for the market region in which a product should be marketed...there shouldn't be other major differences (at GUI/Firmware/Engineering level).
