Loop with Switch 1810G freeze

Hallo,

i have 3 1810G (24 port) with last Firmware 1.17,
all Switch are connected in loop with Fiber port, but when i close loop all swith freeze.

A > B > C > A


I have activate Loop Protection on all port 23-24, but same problem...

i need to create ridondancy connection with loop.

Suggestion ?

1810G does not have full support for STP, but only very limited loop protection. This protection can to help only if the loop is formed into the same single switch.

Your example where loop is formed through multiple switches is beyond the "competence" 1810G.

Suggestion will be to choose more serious switch with full STP support.
