new HPE 1950s JG961A cant enable <HPE> mode

My factory new 1950s JG961A when boot up just stuck at <HPE> ,cant enable or configure it？

Any solution？is it image corrupted？

Hi,

For 1920, command line is locked and you need to log a ticket if they can share.
