Officeconnect 1950 DHCP service not working

Configuring this 1950 for a small LAN with Wifi on VLAN. Want the switches DHCP server to provide IPs to the access points. LAN DHCP is supplied by the network sever. I can not get a 192.168.18.x IP address on any device I connect to the VLAN, only 172.22.18.x or 169.254.x.x

Expended a lot of hours on this, read every doc, forum entry and video I could find. Seems I'm being stupid about something or it just doesn't work!

VLAN 1 static IP for the LAN 172.22.18.5/255.255.255.0

VLAN 192 Static IP for Wifi 192.168.18.1/255.255.255.0

VLAN 192 tagged ports 47 & 48

DHCP Service: VLAN 192 DHCP server, Address pool 192.168.18.0/255.255.255.0, Gateway & DNS also configured in DHCP options.

Please share the device product umber 'JXXXXX' and the steps/snapshot tried for DHCP service.

Are you following the similar steps as given in user guide pg. 115.

Thanks again for your help.  DHCP & VLAN screen shots attached here.

As far as following user guide pg. 115, I have followed Step1, I have no need to DHCP relay from VLAN1 so have not performed step 2 or 3.
