V1810-48G cannot ping gateway
So our newly acquired and installed V1810-48G is running fine, except for one quirk which is becoming a show stopper.
The switch can ping hosts on the same subnet but cannot ping the gateway. All other hosts on the subnet can of course ping the gateway but the switch cannot. Also, the router cannot ping the switch management IP.
There are no extra VLANs configured .. everything is still the default VLAN1. The management VLAN is also VLAN1 and the port is arbitarily set at 2. Any ideas?
