V1910-24G Software Upgrade from 5.20.R1111P02 (to any newer version)
I'm trying to upgrade the software of three V1910-24G from the version 5.20.R1111P02 (to any newer version).
Whenever I try this upgrade, after some loading, I get this error:
XML interpretation error: no element found
Address: http://aaa.bbb.ccc.ddd/wcn/sysmanage/softupgrade_sub.x
Row number 1, column 1:
Any ideas?

The switch was originally branded as 3COM.

what browser are you using? I think there was a time when I had to use IE10 w/ and w/out compatability mode and chrome in order to upgrade some of my units around that update period. try using a different browser and see if the error continues.
