2nd processor not seen after install of Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition

Hello, after several attempts of installing Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition to a GL380, no avail to seeing the second processor. We have done all that is suggested in the White Papers, Updates, and even opened up a ticket with Microsoft. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Re: 2nd processor not seen after install of Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition

Sorry my mistake(typo) It is a DL380. Microsoft sent us another document which listed out the "supported upgrade paths for Windows Server 2003".
If you have Windows 2000 Server, Microsoft recommends upgrading to Windows Server 2003, Standard Edition.
If you have Windows 2000 Advanced Server, Microsoft recommends upgrading to Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition.
Our solution: rebuilt using Windows 2000 Advanced Server, upgraded to Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition. OS know sees the second processor.
