Re: CPQTeamMP error
my first question would be it is just the error on event viewer or also are you loosing connection?
PSP 7.9 does not include the latest Network Configuration Utility it includes 8.7. can you install 8.8 and recreate the teaming

just a silly question did you already check cables and so on?
I also found this

but I think is portfast:
spanning-tree portfast

Re: CPQTeamMP error
I have now upgraded
cp007937.exe (HP Network Configuration Utility 8.80.0.0)
cp008064.exe (HP NC-Series Broadcom Driver 10.42.0.0)
but with no luck.
It´s an error in the eventlog,i an not loosing connection, because it´s a Team. In NCU there is a red cross over one of the NIC.
New cables CAT6
You said, enable Port feature on switch port.
Its a Procurve 3500yl, where do i enable this, is it via telnet?
I also have a Trunk of 2 ports in the switch going to the 2 Teamed NIC.
Regards
henrik

Re: CPQTeamMP error
we have just had the same problem this morning, exactly the same in the event log, but it dropped the link to our file and printer server for nearly 8 hours until someone was in the office to reboot the server.
Has anyone had any success in resolving this?
thanks.

Re: CPQTeamMP error
Tomorrow morning we'll change the teaming type; will post here if problem persists.
This docs helped us:
