My server has problem when some on has remote log on or disconnect remote session in long time.

My server model is DL380 G5. It use Windows 2003 standard edition R2. The CPU is Intel Xeon 5130 @ 2.00 Ghz and 3.5 GB of RAM. It is the share file server & printer server. I find problem about my team have remote the server with remote desktop and my teams are using disconnect function when they don't want remote the server now. Until 8 to 24 hours later, This server can't support the network resource and network printer driver. I'm checking the problem by log on with domain admin user, my account can't log in on this server too. But if I use the local computer admin user for log on the server, it can use. And I reset my team account session on the server, after that this server can work normally.

For the event log that I find in system log while I find the problem. They have as follow,

"Warning None 2021 N/A The server was unable to allocate a work item 25 times in the last 60 seconds."

"Warning None 2022 N/A BT02SSTH01 The server was unable to find a free connection 65 times in the last 60 seconds. This indicates a spike in network traffic. If this is happening frequently, you should consider increasing the minimum number of free connections to add headroom. To do that, modify the MinFreeConnections and MaxFreeConnections for the LanmanServer in the registry."

"Error None 2019 N/A The server was unable to allocate from the system nonpaged pool because the pool was empty."

"Application Popup Information None 26 N/A BT02SSTH01 Application popup: StatusClient.exe - Bad Image : The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\HPBPRO.DLL is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette."

"NETLOGON Error None 5719 N/A BT02SSTH01 "This computer was not able to set up a secure session with a domain controller in domain BT02 due to the following:
Not enough storage is available to process this command.
This may lead to authentication problems. Make sure that this computer is connected to the network. If the problem persists, please contact your domain administrator.

ADDITIONAL INFO
If this computer is a domain controller for the specified domain, it sets up the secure session to the primary domain controller emulator in the specified domain. Otherwise, this computer sets up the secure session to any domain controller in the specified domain."

Can you help me for fix the problem?
