CScript.exe will sent mails on WIN2003 server

CScript.exe will sent mails on WIN2003 SP2 server and I'm getting the following messages in the virenscanner log:

Blocked by port blocking rule C:\WINDOWS\System32\CScript.exe Anti-virus Standard Protection:Prevent mass mailing worms from sending mail 192.168.1.22:25

The Problem is, Mcafee and Malwarebytes cannot find any viruses, trojans or malware on this machine.

Is it possible that Microsoft is calling home?

This may not be a virus, but a vbscript or jscript scheduled or something similar sending some kind of alert
