Disk Management Console not getting open in Windows 2003 Enterprise R2 Edtn Server

Please provide solution for windows Disk management Console not gettig open after Oracle Fail Safe Software installation.Th Fail safe installation failed and we had revert back the server from the previous system state backup.But after this activity the Disk Mangement Console not getting open.
Kindly Provide Solution for the same.

Hi,
"You must be logged on either as Administrator or a user name that is a member of the Administrators group.
To open Disk Management console, click Start, Run, and then type: diskmgmt.msc "
