Where can I find USB 2.0 drivers for my server ? In standard this is only a speed of 1.1 !!

USB 2.0 for DL320 G1 with 1.1 USB build in?? There is no USB2.0 Driver for G1, unless you use additional PCI card.

What Generation Server? G1, G2, G3?
All USB chipset drivers usually come with O/S install if O/S used Older you can upload depend what Chipset used form Manufacture either: Intel site, Broadcom ...

Have you done all the service pack updates yet? I find that this is mandatory before trying to update the USB on this model...

DL 320 G2 has only USB 1.1 support

You can buy and install USB 2.0 PCI card to your server. You need PCI card with
3.3 volt keyed connector.
