Hi,

try to find it in MS Host Integration Server! It must be supported in SNA environment, so you may have find there a solution to install only the driver.

I do download the DLC protocol for WinXP and 2003 and install it, but it do not install the hp network port needed to install the printers.

what else do I need to do??

Miquel:

The information is this article may be helpful (try referring to the Windows 2000 information to help you get running with 2003):

BTW, if you start a new thread, many more people will see your post and be able to help you. You question is pretty well buried where you have it now.

Roger:

I think to start a new thread but I see some threads unanswered about this so I try here =)

The document you referred to me say that the Hewlett-Packard Network Port is added automatically when installing the build-in DLC protocol on Windows 2000, but on windows 2003 the DLC protocol is installed from the downloaded files (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=f5a88f75-4e05-4fba-bf13-2cd53d023786&DisplayLang=en ) only, and this installation does not add automatically the Hewlett-Packard Network Port.
What step do I miss??
