I want to know if rx8620(windows2003DataCenter) support Video Card?

Perhaps you can find something at this documentation link: http://docs.hp.com/hpux/hw/#rx8620
I would think that the hardware would support it in a PCI slot and surely Windows Server 2003 software will support it.

Why not try one!
