Event ID 772 Compaq Remote Alerter Agent -- HELP!!!

I am receiving the Event ID 772 in Windows 2003 Server. This wes just upgraded from Windows NT. Can some one help or at least point me in the right direction on how to fix this?

I suppose what you mean something like this:

Given the last sentence it might help if you posted the complete error message you get.

Sounds like you didn't have the lates service pack installed before you upgraded
