EventID 1006 and 1030

Domain Controller, FSMO Role Holder

All active directory diagnostics pass i.e. (addiag, dcdiag, dnslint, netdom /x, repadmin, replmon, gpotool, ultrasound(frs), dfsutil etc...)

This server is freezing unexpectedly and reporting "can't query group policy objects" and "windows can't bind to xyz.com domain."

No errors in HP Mangement home page. NICS are no longer teamed, have been upgraded to most recent drivers. No antivirus, SMS client, or MOM Agent.

I have ruled out the Active Directory since it's only this box experiencing these issues. It's crippling our infrastructure, so any direction would be great.
