GoPrint (Print Mgmt System) Data Flow Problem - Printer Pooling
Does anyone know the data flow for print jobs in the GoPrint PMS? Or how the data flows in a typical PMS? We are having intermittent printer pooling problems. Some jobs simply fall into the bit bucket. Sometimes printer pooling works fine. The jobs are getting lost somewhere. Would a sniffer help me figure this out? If so, is there a sniffer with a brief trial period?
I really need to get printer pooling working 100% of the time.
TIA - J.

Solution
No. sorry. The only things I found were an FAQ:
http://www.goprint.com/presalesfaq.html
And a link to support:
http://www.goprint.com/support.html
The FAQ stated that GoPrint integrated into the Windows Spooler, so that as long as the job reaches the spooler service and GoPrint releases it to print, it's Window's job to complete the action.
Hmmmmm....sniffers should be some trial one's around..
