Grafic Card error Code 10

After a restart from the Server, i get a Error 10 on the ATI Rage XL Graficcard.

I have reinstalld the card but the error is still there.

What is wrong whit this device?

Hi Jurgens,
I had the same issue with a TNT2 card on a clone pc, turned out that I had to upgrade the AGP driver from my motherboard, look if you can find some update for your motherboard,
