heartbeat status not well displayed

I am using MC/SG version A.16.00 on HP_UX version 11.23.
When I install SGManager version A.04.00 on Win XP, the status on my heartbeat is well displayed. (Status=yes).
When I install SGManager version A.05.00 on Win2003, the status version on my heartbeat is not exact. (Status=no).

Can any body help, please!
