How to access HP Systems Management through command line (maybe CLi Tool?)
I am new to this site so I am not sure if this is the correct place.
I am having the hardest time trying to access some kind of command line interface for systems Managment without using SIM. I want to log into the server, pull up the command prompt and pull data regarding power supplies, serial, disks, etc..
We have CLI for Array .I heard something about CLi Tool but I cant figure out how to access it.
Please help!
If you know Open Manage (dell) im looking for something similar to OM commands.
thank you !

1) >>I have tried to install the preqs but i cant find health driver and some of the software says incompatible.
I assume you need to install whole Proliant support pack

Using the Online Edition from a command line
3) try HP SIM - with HP SIM you will not need Insight Diagnostics Online CLi
4) Since you are new on HP forums read

Re: How to access HP Systems Management through command line (maybe CLi Tool?)
Don't know, we don't have DELL servers..
>>Where you monitor your HP systems? or can it be installed on a single server?
You install HP SIM on one server (it can be virtual server as well) and SIM will monitor and collect inventory from all your HP servers
Generally speaking you can manage DELL with HP SIM :-)
