i'm not find quorum disk

windows2003 two server and va7410.
when cluster configure..
not found Quorum disk..
windows2003 disk managent seeing the Lun.
lun partition can r/w and create file.
Lun stats o.k
only cluster configure not see Quorum disk.
why???
