Service "HP Insight Event Notifier" is stopped over internal error 4 (0x4).

Oksana,
There are many reasons exist for Insight Event Notifier startup problems.
Typically problem appear if event notifier configuration was not completed.
You need to configure service
(Start->Programs -> HP management agents ->Event Notifier config)
But most likely you don't need this service (especially if you use HP Insight System manager) and you can just disable this service
