Installation of Secure Path on an already existing windows 2003 cluster
Hi all
I need to install Secure Path on 2 2-nodes windows 2003 cluster (already in production, data are on an Eva 3000).
The installation guide refers to the upgrade of a previous version of Secure Path or to a new installation (i.e, installation of Secure Path, and THEN installation of the cluster).
In my case, is it safe to go with the following steps:
- first node on, the second powered off
- stop the antivirus
- disable failback
- stop the cluster service
- Secure Path installation
- reboot
- start cluster service
- move to the second node, stop first node, and same steps?
Is it right?
Regards,
Gaël
