Jetadmin 8.1 by-user-reports
Hi,
I've installed Jetadmin 8.1.3544 and the Report Generation Plugin 3.1.3632 on a Win2003R2 SP1.
only a Laserjet2430 reports the pages per user to JetAdmin.
Other Devices like Laserjet 4000/4050/2300 or Canon iR3100/3170 have only been reporting the black/white pages. the Jetdirect SW should be up to date.
Can you give me some advice what to do?
