L7780 Remote Printing Problem

Has anyone had a problem with remote printing going thru Windows Server 2003 Remote Connection. I have a satelite office that has one of these wireless HP L7780 printers. It works fine for all their inner office printing, until they connect to the service thru remote connection. Then they cannot print anything over the network. The server has the driver loaded on it. It just keeps kicking out blank pages. Any help???
