Migrating from RX4640 to BL860c - different CPU

Hello, I have SAP application with SQL installed on 2 Itanium in win2003 cluster. I have to migrate these two servers to another two Itanium blades BL860c (Different CPU arch). I wonder if someone can guide me how-to perform disk image and restore it on the destination servers?
